Every workshop puts someone to work.

Tang Tang Club is driven by our social mission - to provide dignified employment for people the workforce overlooks.

THE WHY

Some people get passed over for work not because they can't do it, but because of the shape of their story. A disability. A career break. Time out for caregiving. A setback that left a gap on the CV.

We know that exclusion firsthand. It's why we designed a business where the work itself creates the way back in.

HOW IT WORKS

If we make Chinese wellness approachable, and train overlooked people to deliver it — then they earn income, skills and confidence, and they move into dignified work.

That's the whole model. The demand funds the jobs. The jobs are the point.

THREE WAYS WE DO IT

01 · In production
Our Soak It Off blends are assembled in partnership with MINDS. Real work, fairly paid, for people who are too often left out of it.

02 · In our workshops
We're building a facilitator programme that trains disadvantaged youths and adults sidelined by career gaps, caregiving or a setback to lead Tang Lab sessions - giving them income, public-speaking confidence, and skills that travel with them wherever they go next. This is the newest part of our mission, and the part we're building right now.

03 · In our community
Community Soup Day - twice a year we pick a beneficiary, fundraise, and show up with soup. No revenue, no strings. Just soup, for people who need it.
1-For-Them - for every 10 tubs sold, we set one aside for someone who needs it.

KEEPING CULTURE ALIVE

There's a second thing we care about. Traditional Chinese wellness is often seen as old, complicated, or not for us. We think that's a loss worth fixing — so we translate ancient wisdom into something a modern generation can actually use. Keeping it alive is part of the work.

WHERE WE ARE

We're at the start of this. MINDS is live. The facilitator programme is being built. We're looking for corporate partners who want to be part of how it begins.
