How do I order?

Head to Sip Shop to pick your soups or bundles - you can mix, match, or build your own weekly ritual. Add to cart, check out, and we’ll do the simmering for you.

When do you deliver?

We deliver:

• Monday to Friday, 1pm to 6pm

• Saturday, 10am to 2pm

Your soups will arrive within these delivery windows. We’re unable to accommodate specific time requests, as this helps our delivery team route efficiently and keep everything fresh.

Orders are delivered in insulated cooler bags. If no one is home, we’ll safely leave them at your doorstep unless instructed otherwise.

Once received, please refrigerate your soups as soon as possible to keep them at their best.

How long can the soups keep?

All soups are delivered chilled and best enjoyed within 5 days when stored in the fridge.

For selected festive or peak seasons, we also offer a flash-frozen option so you can keep your soups longer (up to 2 months) - perfect for stocking up during kitchen breaks or holiday periods..

Can I freeze the soups myself?

To preserve flavour and texture, we recommend enjoying your soups as delivered. Chilled soups should be kept refrigerated and consumed within their shelf life.

During selected seasonal releases, we offer specially prepared flash-frozen soups, which are suitable for freezer storage.

For quality and food safety reasons, we do not advise refreezing soups that have already been delivered chilled.

What are DIY kits?

Our DIY Kits are mini soup adventures - pre-packed with herbs and ingredients so you can simmer your own Tang Tang creation at home. Ideal for gifting or weekend rituals.

Can I book a workshop or live soup station?

Yes! Visit Play to join a Tang Lab workshop or book a Tang Stop live station. Great for team bonding, events, or mindful gatherings.

Do you do corporate or custom gifting?

Where are your soups made?

All our soups are brewed from an SFA-licensed kitchen in Singapore, ensuring safety and quality in every batch. We don’t offer pickups directly from the kitchen, but collection can be arranged at 6th Avenue MRT for convenience.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

For fresh and perishable items (ready to drink & DIY kits), we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds once delivered. If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

For merchandise and non-perishables, returns are accepted within 7 days as long as the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless we sent an incorrect or damaged item.
